In the midst of 2020, amid the pandemic's challenges, Justice League emerged in Pearland, Texas. Two friends, seeking new exercise avenues, started a cycling group that swiftly grew into a community. Friends from neighboring areas joined, drawn by sightings during rides and gatherings at a local coffee shop. As ridership expanded, the group not only delved into advanced cycling but also explored leveraging their network to make a positive impact on the Pearland community, with a focus on issues affecting African-Americans.

Formally organizing in the fall of 2020, Justice League has since become a trailblazer around Houston. Building a strong reputation, the group has fostered robust relationships with other cycling clubs in the area. In less than a year, Justice League has attracted over 100 cyclists, forming a diverse and dynamic ridership spanning the greater Houston region.
