Established in 1949, Birdwell Wheelers is a vibrant cycling club nestled in Birdwell, a historic ex-coalmining village near Barnsley in South Yorkshire. Our reach extends across Barnsley, Sheffield, and Rotherham, welcoming cycling enthusiasts of all levels.

Members of Birdwell Wheelers actively engage in various competitive cycling disciplines, including Time Trialling, Road Racing, and Triathlon. Weekends feature training rides, with additional mid-week evening rides during the summer months.
