Embark on scenic weekend rides with us, starting from the DOCK 52 PARKING LOT at 13552 Fiji Way, Marina Del Rey, CA 90292. Our rides typically commence on either Saturday or Sunday mornings. Arrive a few minutes early for unloading, and join our pre-ride safety talk.
Parking is free, and you can find us in the first row of the parking lot. Our rides cater to diverse cycling levels, making them suitable for those just getting back into cycling or seasoned cyclists. You have the flexibility to choose how much you want to ride.
The route is predominantly flat and offers stunning scenery. A minimum ride to Redondo Beach covers about 22 miles round trip. Lunch is part of the ride, and we usually return to Marina del Rey approximately 4 hours later, depending on the group's pace.
We prioritize the inclusion of beginners and social cyclists, fostering a supportive and enjoyable atmosphere. Our average pace ranges from 10-12 mph, ensuring a comfortable ride for all participants.
Please note that cycling involves inherent risks, and you should ensure good health before joining. As ride organizers, we are ride buddies and assume no responsibility for participants. Safety precautions include wearing helmets, ensuring bike readiness, carrying essentials like spare tubes and water, and using standard hand signals during group rides. Join us for a fulfilling and safe cycling experience along the picturesque beaches of Marina Del Rey.
