Established in 1930, the South Western Road Club has been a hub for cycle racing enthusiasts in the South West London area. Today, the heartbeat of our club resonates through the Saturday club rides, traversing the serene roads of Surrey, Sussex, Kent, and Hampshire. These rides serve as a foundation for our members' fitness, preparing them for more significant cycling challenges.

Open to cyclists of all levels, our membership exceeds 200, welcoming anyone with a passion for pedaling. Whether you're a novice or an experienced rider, we have something to offer. Join us for one of our Saturday rides, where seven groups, catering to different standards, embark on journeys starting from Cobham or Betchworth at 9:30 am. Distances and terrains vary, ensuring there's a suitable ride for every skill level.

Beyond the joy of group rides, we actively engage in the local cycle racing scene. Many members participate in cycle sportives, mountain biking, audax, and international cycling adventures. Throughout the year, our club organizes various cycling events, embracing road and track racing, time trials, sportives, audax rides, sponsored journeys, holidays, training weekends, and more.
