Established in 1988, the Ranchos Cycling Team is more than a cycling club; it's a community dedicated to promoting cycling and an active Southern California lifestyle. Every Saturday at 8:00 a.m., our members gather at the Westfield mall in Escondido, uniting at the southern mall parking lot near Via Rancho Parkway. Look for us across the street from the driving range, accessible through the Sunset St. mall entrance.

For over 25 years, we have been weaving through the landscapes of northern San Diego County, riding, racing, and actively engaging in community services. Our team embodies diversity, with members hailing from various backgrounds and sharing a common interest in embracing a green and healthy lifestyle. Opting for bicycles over motorized vehicles whenever possible, we are advocates for sustainable living.

Despite not boasting the largest membership or the most substantial Saturday morning coffee shop crowd, we take pride in being a humble and diverse group of bicycle enthusiasts. We see ourselves as ambassadors for all things cycling, claiming the best routes of any cycling club in Southern California.
