Welcome to JAFAKIDS Junior MTB Academy, a haven for young mountain bike enthusiasts aged 11-19 in the greater Auckland region. Whether you're a beginner or an expert, boy or girl, our academy is tailored to nurture your love for mountain biking with a focus on fun and skills training.

Led by our dedicated Head Coach, Lead Coaches, and a crew of passionate volunteers, JAFAKIDS offers weekly coaching sessions throughout the year. Every Wednesday, riders gather in Woodhill or Riverhead forests for group rides on a variable calendar. Our riding groups cater to varying skills and capabilities, ensuring each participant finds the right balance of fun, skill development, and, for those inclined, racing opportunities.

Established in 2004 and gaining independence in 2019, JAFAKIDS is affiliated with MTB NZ and Cycling New Zealand, ensuring our commitment to excellence in mountain biking.
