Bury Cycle Speedway
From the mid-70s until the early 90s the club was based at Chesham, a small district of the town. Indeed the club was originally named Chesham Comets; a combination of the track’s location and Tony’s favourite band (Bill Haley and His Comets). For many years the Mann family were at the centre of all of the team’s activities, creating a high profile for the club in and around Bury

Our club is always looking for new members. We’d love to have you join or answer any questions that you have about the club, our membership, or our activities.
